How does your system work? Customers are given a login
and password enabling them to access our system. Once logged in, they
are able to input a new shipment or track an existing shipment by
filling out a simple form.
- How do I get a quote? Quotes are generated once a
shipment’s details are entered. Typically, you will see quotes from 5-8
different carriers - allowing you to chose when your freight is
delivered and how much it will cost. Quotes are not automatically
generated for ftl, expedited and international shipments. A customer
service rep will contact you with that information.
- Can I take a tour without signing up? Yes. Please
call or email our sales department.
- How do I speak to a real person? Call (877)
411-0161.
- How do I become a customer? Fill out our new
customer form and someone will contact you shortly.
- Do you extend credit? What are the terms? To apply
for credit, please fill out the new customer form. All invoices are to
be paid with in 15 days. After 15 days, late charges will apply.
- Can I pay my invoice with a credit card? That
option will be available soon.
- How do you choose your carriers? Our carriers are
chosen after an evaluation of both price and performance. All of our
carriers were included in the Top 100 Motor Carriers of 2007 list
published by “Inbound Logistics” Magazine.
- Is my cargo insured? All shipments carry some sort
of coverage. Review your contract for details. Additional insurance for
high value cargo can be purchased separately.
- What does “All Expedited Shipments are 100% Guaranteed”
mean? Shipments termed “expedited” are guaranteed to arrive at
the time specified or you will not be billed for the shipment. All
guarantees are noted on the quote. All expedited shipments must be
declared prior to obtaining a quote. The cost of the shipment is the
only amount to be refunded and does not include any incidental costs
related to the late arrival. See your contract for details.
- What is an “Expedited Shipment?” “Expedited
shipments” are time definite shipments.
- Do you handle HAZMAT, refrigerated, or high value shipments
such as art or electronics? These shipments will be handled on
a case-by-case basis. All cargo of this nature must be declared prior to
obtaining a quote.
- Do you have your own equipment and warehouses? No.
We are a non-asset based 3PL. We utilize a network of carriers to
transport your shipment.
